开展世界政党的比较研究,探讨政党执政的一般规律,有助于深入认识中国共产党的执政规律和执政特点。政党执政的规律要求我们,必须正确处理党群关系、党政关系、党派关系、权力与监督的关系,尤其是必须加强相关的制度建设,以实现上述关系的制度化、法治化。 Carrying out a comparative study of political parties in the world and exploring the general laws governing the governance of political parties help us to understand deeply the governing law and the ruling characteristics of the CPC. The law of governing the party requires that we must correctly handle the relations between the party and the masses, the relations between the party and the government, the relations between the parties and the power and the supervision.
