碳化试验装置是建材行业测定粉煤灰硅酸盐、水泥混凝土及其它材料碳化性能的专用设备。随着各种制品耐久性的深入研究,碳化试验已愈来愈引起人们的重视。目前,国内大部分的碳化试验装置都比较简陋,不能控制温度和湿度,二氧化碳浓度也是间断地由人工控制的。这样,不仅碳化速度缓慢,而且可能影响碳化试验的准确性。我们在有关单位的协作下,组装了可以自动控制的碳化试验装置,经初步试用,效果较好,介绍如下。
The carbonization tester is a special equipment for the building materials industry to determine the carbonation properties of fly ash silicates, cement concrete, and other materials. With the in-depth study of the durability of various products, carbonation tests have become more and more important. At present, most of the domestic carbonization test devices are relatively simple and cannot control temperature and humidity. The concentration of carbon dioxide is also intermittently controlled by humans. In this way, not only the carbonation rate is slow but also the accuracy of the carbonation test may be affected. With the cooperation of the relevant units, we assembled a carbonization test device that can be automatically controlled. After a preliminary trial, the results are good and are described below.
