真空/加压感应炉以1.0 MPa高纯氮(体积分数≥99.999%)为氮源熔炼了Fe-Cr-V高氮钢,分析了氮的溶解度与氮分压和铬、钒含量的关系。氮在Fe-Cr-V合金中的溶解服从Sievert定律,氮的溶解度随铬和钒含量的增加而增加。用Al和Fe-Al(铝的质量分数为50%)合金加顶渣对Fe-Cr-V合金进行了脱氧实验,Fe-Al合金加CaF2-CaO-Al2O3(各成分比例为1∶4∶1)顶渣40 min可使Fe-20Cr-1.93V合金的氧的质量分数降低到0.007 2%。
The relationship between the solubility of nitrogen and nitrogen partial pressure and the content of chromium and vanadium was analyzed by vacuum induction furnace with 1.0 MPa high purity nitrogen (volume fraction ≥99.999%) as nitrogen source for smelting Fe-Cr-V high nitrogen steel. The dissolution of nitrogen in Fe-Cr-V alloy obeys Sievert’s law, and the solubility of nitrogen increases with the increase of chromium and vanadium content. Deoxidation experiments were carried out on Fe-Cr-V alloy with Al and Fe-Al (50% aluminum content) plus slag. The Fe-Al alloy plus CaF2-CaO-Al2O3 1) the top slag for 40 min can reduce the mass fraction of oxygen in the Fe-20Cr-1.93V alloy to 0.007 2%.
