本报告以中国知网(CNKI)的核心期刊论文为基础,运用CiteSpace可视化软件,统计分析2008~2012年中国人力资源管理领域研究刊发学术论文的现状,通过绘制相应的知识图谱,分别对人力资源管理研究的关键词、高产作者和科研机构等进行定量分析。分析结果展现了近年来国内人力资源管理研究的丰硕成果,阐述了人力资源管理研究的热点问题、高产作者、合作聚类以及主要的科研机构分布状况,表明了人力资源管理研究的特点、学术前沿和发展趋势,同时也揭示了相关研究机构的单一性及产学研合作的缺乏性。
Based on CNKI’s core journal articles, this report uses CiteSpace visualization software to statistically analyze the current status of academic papers published in China’s human resources management field from 2008 to 2012. By drawing corresponding knowledge maps, Resource management research keywords, high-yielding authors and research institutions such as quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis show the fruitful achievements of the domestic human resources management research in recent years, and elaborate the hot issues in human resources management research, the distribution of high-yielding authors, cooperative clustering and major research institutes, and the characteristics of human resources management research. And development trends, but also reveals the unity of relevant research institutions and the lack of cooperation in production, study and research.
