随着激光新技术和内窥镜技术的迅速发展,为消化道肿瘤的治疗提供了一项新方法。 我科于1985年8月开展了内窥镜Nd:YAG激光治疗消化道肿瘤的新技术,现将消化道肿瘤21例的治疗和研究情况报告如下。 一、病例资料 (1)本组21例中男18例、女3例,年龄30～76岁。(2)疾病种类计食管癌13例,其中1例曾作过探查手术,因癌瘤与周围脏器广泛粘连而无法手术治疗,另1例因食管高度狭窄不能进食而作了胃造瘘术,其余11例食管狭窄长度在3～11cm,表现为较
With the rapid development of new laser technologies and endoscopic techniques, a new method has been provided for the treatment of digestive tract tumors. In August 1985, our department carried out a new technology of endoscopic Nd:YAG laser treatment of digestive tract tumors. Now we report the treatment and research of 21 cases of digestive tract tumors as follows. First, the case data (1) The group of 21 cases of 18 males and 3 females, aged 30 to 76 years old.
