针对铰接式转向车辆设计中存在的问题,建立了铰接式转向系统多目标优化设计的数学模型。考虑转向阻力矩和油缸输出力矩作为性能约束条件,使其满足设计要求。并利用Matlab软件编写了铰接式转向系统转向阻力矩和油缸输出力矩的遗传算法优化程序,绘制出解的变化和种群均值的变化,在获取可靠的转向系统全局最优解的同时,使求解过程简化、计算精度提高。
Aiming at the problems in the design of articulated steering vehicle, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization design of articulated steering system is established. Considering the steering resistance torque and cylinder output torque as the performance constraints, to meet the design requirements. And the genetic algorithm optimization program of the steering torque and cylinder output torque of the articulated steering system was programmed by Matlab software to draw the solution of the change and the change of the population mean value. While obtaining the reliable global optimal solution of the steering system, Simplify and improve the calculation accuracy.
