针对精冲机复杂、瞬时、重载的受力条件和精冲模的高精度对设备刚度提出的高要求,设计精冲机机身结构,建立精冲机机身结构有限元分析模型;根据精冲机机身的上横梁、立柱、下横梁3部分的有限元分析结果,提出机身结构的改进方案并进一步模拟分析;得到了更优的结构方案,改进了精冲机机身结构;改进后的机身刚度和强度均满足要求,最后绘出优化的精冲机机身结构。
According to the complex, transient and heavy load conditions of precision finishing machine and the high precision of precision die for the high requirement of equipment rigidity, the structure of the finishing machine is designed and the finite element model of the finishing machine is established. Finite element analysis results of the upper beam, upright column and lower beam of the punching machine body are presented. The improved scheme of the fuselage structure is proposed and further simulation is carried out. A better structure scheme is obtained, the structure of the body of the punching machine is improved, After the stiffness and strength of the fuselage to meet the requirements, and finally draw the essence of the refined structure of the fuselage.
