近年来,O2O行业得到了迅猛的发展。美团外卖于2015年成为国内O2O行业发展的领跑者。本文在总结O2O行业发展环境的基础上,定性分析了O2O行业顾客满意度影响因素,最后给出了针对现存问题的改进建议。
In recent years, O2O industry has been rapid development. US group take-away in 2015 to become the leader in the development of the domestic O2O industry. On the basis of summing up the development environment of O2O industry, this paper qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of customer satisfaction in O2O industry, and finally gives some suggestions for improving the existing problems.
