目的了解贵州省中学生网络成瘾现状,为探讨中学生网络成瘾的成因和干预措施提供有效的参考依据。方法整群分层抽取贵州省各地区14所中学在校学生2 897名,使用中文网络成瘾量表(CIAS)、长处和困难问卷(SDQ)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)进行测试,并对结果进行分析。结果中学生网络成瘾率为6.2%,初中生高于高中生,男生高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);网络成瘾者在情绪症状、同伴问题、过度活动困难得分上高于网络正常使用者(P值均<0.05);网络成瘾者在人格特质上的精神质和神经质维度得分均高于网络正常使用者,而说谎维度得分低于网络正常使用者(P值均<0.05)。结论应针对中学生网络成瘾者的人格特点进行相应的心理行为干预。
Objective To understand the status of internet addiction among middle school students in Guizhou Province and to provide an effective reference for exploring the causes and interventions of internet addiction among middle school students. Methods A total of 2 897 students were enrolled in 14 secondary schools in all regions of Guizhou Province by stratified clustering method. The subjects were tested using Chinese Internet Addiction Inventory Scale (CIAS), Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) And analyze the result. Results The Internet addiction rate of middle school students was 6.2%, junior high school students were higher than those of high school students, boys were higher than girls, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01); Internet addicts had no significant difference in emotional symptoms, peer problems, (P <0.05). Internet addicts had higher mental quality and neuroticism scores than those with normal internet users, while those with lying dimensions had lower scores than normal internet users P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention should be made according to the personality characteristics of internet addicts in secondary school students.
