我国已进入超超临界机组的快速发展时期,超超临界锅炉的发展本质上是材料的发展,随着温度和压力的升高,高合金钢小径管已经成为锅炉受热面的主体,焊接产生的缺陷是导致运行中泄漏和爆管的主因,同时安装与检修中的超声波检测亦存在定量误差,文章在小径管对比试块研制的基础上,对三种超声波检测方法分别进行定量分析,确定误差范围,做到了有效定量。
