目前,梯形内螺纹的加工一般是在普通车床上车削或铣削。但手动车削效率较低,劳动强度大,废品率也较高。而铣削仅适用于中等尺寸的内螺纹,且需有较复杂的旋风铣削装置。几年来,我们对中等尺寸的梯形内螺纹用拉刀进行旋削加工,效果较好,现介绍于下,供参考。图1是用拉刀旋削加工出的一梯形内螺纹工件。根据工件设计出的拉刀如图2所示。一、梯形内螺纹拉刀的设计拉刀由装卡、前导向、切削、校正修光和后导向五部份组成。其中切削和校正修光两部份决定了拉刀的切削性能、强度和切削精度,而切削部份的设计要
