研究了在TritonX-100存在的水溶液中铜(Ⅱ)-1,10-菲咯啉-赤藓红体系的荧光猝灭反应.铜与1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)和赤藓红(TIF)反应形成组成为[Cu(Phen)_2](TIF)的离子缔合络合物并引起赤藓红的荧光猝灭,此反应具有高的灵敏度,其检测限为3.6μg·L~(-1)铜.研究了反应的适宜条件和其它离子的影响.在用二苯硫腙-CCI_4分离和预富集后,方法可用于水和土壤样品中痕量铜的测定.
Fluorescence quenching of copper (Ⅱ) -1,10-phenanthroline-erythrosine system in aqueous solution with TritonX-100 was studied. The fluorescence quenching of copper with 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) and erythrosine TIF) to form an ion-association complex of [Cu (Phen) _2] (TIF) and cause fluorescence quenching of erythrosine. This reaction has high sensitivity with a detection limit of 3.6 μg · L -1 -1) copper.The appropriate conditions of the reaction and the influence of other ions were studied.The method can be used for the determination of trace copper in water and soil samples after separation and preconcentration with dithizone-CCI_4.
