研究了加工热处理工艺对Zr-4合金管材机械性能和耐蚀性能的影响。实验表明,工序中加入β淬火处理,可以改善合金的性能。挤压前坯料β淬火后直接轧至成品的管材,再结晶退火后在375℃下的屈眼强度为204~218MPa,较经过多次轧制到成品的管材,其屈服强度提高了42%~47%。加工过程中降低中间退火温度,减少加工道次的管材,在相同条件下的屈服强度为180~188MPa。对合金管材进行了400℃和500℃腐蚀试验,不同工艺管材表现出不同的耐蚀性能。改变工艺的管材具有最好的耐均匀腐蚀和疖状腐蚀能力。
The effects of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Zr-4 alloy pipes were studied. Experiments show that adding beta quenching process, can improve the performance of the alloy. The pre-extrusion billet is quenched and then directly rolled to the finished pipe. After the recrystallization and annealing, the bending strength at 204 ° C is 204-218 MPa. The yield strength is improved by 42% ~ 47%. During the process of reducing the intermediate annealing temperature, reducing the number of processing pass pipe, under the same conditions yield strength of 180 ~ 188MPa. The alloy pipe was subjected to 400 ℃ and 500 ℃ corrosion test, different process pipe showed different corrosion resistance. Change the process of pipe has the best resistance to uniform corrosion and 疖-like corrosion.
