蝮蛇毒对血液凝固系统有显著的抗凝作用。我们和苏州医学院血液病研究室协作,对蝮蛇毒粗毒及其纤溶组分进行了研究。结果表明蝮蛇毒中至少含有两种抗凝组分,即抗凝血活酶组分和纤溶组分。实验是采用 DEAE-Sephadex A-50柱层析和 Sephadex G-100凝胶过滤方法,对蝮蛇毒纤溶组分进行了纯化,并将该组分对凝血系统的作用进行了体内外试验。体外试验结果表明,蝮蛇毒纤溶组分(0.7mg/ml)与血浆预先在37℃保温10分钟后,血浆复钙时间、凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间分别由原来的165、21和21秒延长到360、180和180秒以上,同时该组
Viper venom has a significant anticoagulant effect on the blood coagulation system. We have collaborated with the Hematology Research Laboratory of Suzhou Medical College to study the crude poison and its fibrinolytic components of snake venom. The results showed that there were at least two anticoagulant components in the venom of snake venom, namely, the anticoagulant activity component and the fibrinolytic component. The experiment was carried out using DEAE-Sephadex A-50 column chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration method to purify fibrinolytic components of venomous snake venom, and the effect of this component on the coagulation system was tested in vitro and in vivo. The in vitro results showed that the plasma recalcification time, prothrombin time, and thrombin time were 165, 21, and 21, respectively, after preincubation of plasma components (0.7 mg/ml) of agkistrodon with plasma for 10 minutes at 37°C.
