近来本刊陆续收一些海外即将回国的留学人员的来信咨询,希望了解有关个人购房的政策及手续,现在我们仅发表北京地区有关购房手续的文章,予以解答,其它地区今后再陆续刊登。
In recent years, we have received letters from overseas students who are about to return home. We hope to learn more about policies and formalities for individual purchase. Now we only publish articles about the procedures for purchasing houses in Beijing to answer them. Other places will be published one after another in the future.
