The development of China’s tourism industry has undergone a process of evolving from foreign-related political tourism administrations led by the government into the leading industries in our country. The early tourism industry was a state-owned worker who shouldered the political mission of our country. The high quality and high pay were the three basic components of wages, band aid and bonus. With the rapid development of the tourism industry, government departments on the tourism industry management system changes, the travel agencies by the government gradually transformed into self-financing enterprises at all levels, and in recent years with the development of the tourism industry, tourism companies of all sizes Continued influx of competition between travel agencies intensified, resulting in a large number of travel agencies to reduce the cost of human resources, and tour guides to ensure their own income, only through improper channels, which also derived from the rebates and tips based, plus guides Allowances or basic salaries of the current tour guide pay system. Starting from the salary system and combining with the actual situation of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, this paper studies and analyzes the causes of the compensation system and its impact on travel agencies, which has some theoretical significance for improving the tour guide pay system and promoting the healthy development of travel agencies.
