对一组原发性慢闭青光眼及开角青光眼共41例(51眼)行显微型小梁切除术后,随访1~4.5年(平均2年7月),观察对眼压控制的远期疗效,并着重对其中的34只晚期青光眼作了进一步分析:28眼(82.4%)术后眼压与视野均获成功控制,另6眼的眼压虽获控制,但术后视野恶化。分析其原因,与术前已丧失中心固视有关。
A total of 41 cases (51 eyes) with primary chronic glaucoma and open angle glaucoma underwent microscopic trabeculectomy and were followed up for 1 to 4.5 years (mean 2 years, July) Term efficacy and focus on 34 of them advanced glaucoma further analysis: 28 (82.4%) intraocular pressure and visual field after surgery were successfully controlled, while the other 6 were under control of intraocular pressure, but postoperative visual acuity worsened. Analysis of the reasons, and preoperative loss of center fixation.
