According to the British “New Scientist” reported on January 23, 1999: In early 1999, the U.S. military fired a rocket with paste-like colloidal fuel. This fuel helps control the rocket, enabling it to fly long distances and even attacking several targets simultaneously along the flight path. As we all know, the faster a rocket can fly, the more fuel it needs to burn per unit of time, thus increasing the number of rockets.
