目的 探讨口腔鳞癌血管密度与增殖细胞比率的相关性。方法 采用ABC酶标法对 8例健康人口腔粘膜、15例口腔癌前病变组织、4 3例口腔鳞癌标本 ,分别检测其F8-RA和PCNA的表达。结果 ABC法比HE染色法更直观、特异 ,并有更高的阳性率。血管密度和增殖细胞比率 3组比较逐渐递增 ,1组与 2组比较无显著性差异。 3组与前 2组比较差异有显著性。血管密度和增殖细胞比率在口腔鳞癌病理不同分级之间比较 ,有显著性差异。结论 口腔鳞癌血管密度和增殖细胞比率呈现直线正相关。这 2个指标互相促进 ,促使口腔鳞癌的生物学行为得以充分体现
Objective To investigate the correlation between the density of oral squamous cell carcinoma and proliferating cell ratio. Methods The expression of F8-RA and PCNA in 8 healthy oral mucosa, 15 oral precancerous lesions and 43 oral squamous cell carcinoma specimens were detected by ABC enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results ABC method was more direct and specific than HE staining, and had a higher positive rate. The vascular density and proliferating cell ratio increased gradually in the three groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were significant differences between the three groups and the first two groups. Vascular density and proliferating cell ratio in oral squamous cell carcinoma pathology between different grading, there are significant differences. Conclusion There is a linear positive correlation between the vascular density and proliferating cell ratio in oral squamous cell carcinoma. These two indicators promote each other to promote the biological behavior of oral squamous cell carcinoma can be fully reflected
