进行了钢安全壳用SA-738 Gr.B钢板力学性能和组织的分析。对SA-738 Gr.B钢板进行了拉伸试验、夏比冲击试验和落锤试验,并获得了大量力学性能数据。经过数据分析,得到了钢板调质态和模拟焊后热处理态,钢板横向和纵向,以及钢板表面、1/4板厚处和1/2板厚处的各项力学性能差异。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,获得了SA-738 Gr.B钢板的微观组织。结果表明:SA-738 Gr.B钢板具有良好的强度和韧性,可满足一定范围内的核电钢安全壳设计需要。
The mechanical properties and microstructure of SA-738 Gr.B steel for steel containment were analyzed. The tensile test, Charpy impact test and drop weight test of SA-738 Gr.B steel were carried out and a great deal of mechanical properties data were obtained. After the data analysis, the mechanical properties of the quenched and tempered steel and the post-weld heat-treated steel, the transverse and longitudinal directions of the steel, the surface of the steel, the thickness of ¼ and the thickness of ½ were obtained. The microstructure of SA-738 Gr.B steel was obtained by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that: SA-738 Gr.B steel plate has good strength and toughness to meet the design requirements of containment of nuclear power steel in a certain range.
