在经历农业经济、工业经济和服务经济之后,体验经济时代悄然来临。体验经济时代强调的是顾客的参与性,在亲身体验的基础上创造独特的回忆。旅游业成为众多地区经济发展的重要依托,在体验经济时代,旅游者需要的不仅仅是产品和服务,最重要的是获得体验的满足。旅游业更需要在充分满足旅游者需求的基础上,提出相应的体验营销策略。
After experiencing agricultural economy, industrial economy and service economy, the era of experience economy quietly came. Emphasis on the experience of economic times is the customer’s participation, based on personal experience to create unique memories. Tourism has become an important support for economic development in many regions. In the era of experiential economy, tourists need more than just products and services, and most importantly, the satisfaction of experience. Tourism needs to fully meet the needs of tourists on the basis of the corresponding experience marketing strategy.
