采用一步法合成5种组成相近,结构不同的meso-对羟基苯基卟啉单体,利用经典方法分别将其从混合物中予以分离和提纯,并通过元素分析、质谱、核磁、紫外、红外和X射线衍射等手段首次对每种单体的结构同时加以确认,为下一步组装逻辑门电路奠定了基础.
Five kinds of meso-p-hydroxyphenyl porphyrins with similar composition and structure were synthesized by one-step method. The meso-p-hydroxyphenylporphyrin monomers were separated and purified from the mixture respectively by classical methods and analyzed by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, ultraviolet, infrared and X-ray diffraction and other means for the first time the structure of each monomer to be confirmed at the same time, the next step for the assembly of logic gates laid the foundation.
