本文着重研究了果树枝条R值与温度之间的变化关系,创制了“R图式”。根据“R图式”,得到了与许多研究者认为电阻法对抗寒力鉴定不适用的相反结论;论证了在质膜致害临界温度以下3~15℃处理试材,也就是把R值控制在80~30之间鉴定品种的抗寒力较为适宜,并且R值在80~50之间鉴定效果更好。作者在辽宁、吉林、黑龙江等不同地点,选取了大树、小树和杂种实生苗等不同试材,从枝条休眠期、萌芽期到生长期等不同时期取样,共重复30余次,结果均表现为抗寒力越强(受冻害越轻)R值越大。
