化学机械制造科学研究与设计院和切利西宾斯克冶金科学研究所研制出新型耐腐蚀钢03×19AΓ3H10,并与国立氮气工业研究所共同用于化学机械制造和化学工业。含氮0.2~O.3%可使此种钢屈服极限比03×18H11钢提高75%,强度极限提高25%,并且在沸腾的65%的硝酸中该钢的腐蚀稳定性不变坏。使用03×19AΓ3H10钢可以节省30~40%的03×18H11型钢。由于在很多情况下冷却流动水中存在有氯离子,所以有必要研究03×19AΓ3H10型钢耐麻点腐蚀的稳定性,其中包括在高温情况下的稳定性。
Chemical Machinery Manufacturing Scientific Research and Design Institute and the Cecilia Binsk Institute of Metallurgical Science and Engineering developed a new type of corrosion-resistant steel 03 × 19AΓ3H10, and with the National Institute of Nitrogen used in chemical machinery manufacturing and chemical industry. Nitrogen content of 0.2-0.3% can make the yield limit of this kind of steel increase by 75% compared with that of 03x18H11 steel, increase the strength limit by 25%, and corrosion stability of the steel does not deteriorate in 65% boiling nitric acid. Using 03 × 19AΓ3H10 steel can save 30 ~ 40% of 03 × 18H11 steel. Due to the presence of chloride ions in the cooling and flowing water in many cases, it is necessary to study the stability of pitting corrosion resistance of 03 × 19AΓ3H10 steel, including the stability under high temperature.
