目的探讨过敏性咽炎的治疗方法。方法过敏性咽炎68例随机分为两组,对比应用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂和依巴斯汀片配合中成消炎药治疗。结果治疗组,一周后34例均有效,持续3周症状基本消失,未发现明显不良反应;对照组,显效14例,有效11例,无效9例,其中无效5例加用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂效果好。结论丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗过敏性咽炎效果好,不良反应小。
Objective To investigate the treatment of allergic pharyngitis. Methods 68 cases of allergic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups, compared with the application of beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol and ebastine tablets with Zhongcheng anti-inflammatory drugs. Results In the treatment group, 34 cases were effective after one week, the symptoms disappeared for 3 weeks and no obvious adverse reactions were found. In the control group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective. Among them, 5 cases were ineffective with beclomethasone dipropionate Aerosol effect is good. Conclusion Beclomethasone propionate aerosol treatment of allergic pharyngitis effect is good, small adverse reactions.
