随着经济全球化的发展,市场竞争环境日益激烈,企业与企业之间的竞争已经不单单是技术方面的竞争,更是文化的竞争。因而研究文化在企业管理中的作用是我国企业管理者势在必行的一件事情。特别是中国传统文化“和文化”在企业管理中的应用,更是对于构建和谐的企业文化具有十分重要的现实意义。本文就是针对中国传统“和文化”在企业管理中的作用展开分析和探究,着重阐述在企业管理工作中应用中国传统文化“和文化”的重要性。
With the development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, the competition between enterprises and enterprises has not only been the competition in technology but also the competition in culture. Therefore, the study of the role of culture in business management is an imperative for business managers in our country. In particular, the application of traditional Chinese culture and culture in business management is of great practical significance for building a harmonious corporate culture.
