在经济发展的新形势下,经济结构性矛盾导致产业出现同构、同质化和内生增长等问题。此外企业的经济增长动力不足,企业要想适应这种经济形势新变化,就要塑造内生新动力,在加强企业管理、技术创新和营销能力等硬实力的同时,更加关注企业文化这一软实力的创建与提高,发挥企业文化的引领和支撑作用。
Under the new situation of economic development, structural contradictions in economy led to such problems as isomorphism, homogenization and endogenous growth in industries. In addition, the enterprises are not motivated by economic growth. To adapt to such new changes in the economic situation, enterprises should create new impetus to endogenous growth while paying more attention to the softness of corporate culture while strengthening the hard power of enterprise management, technological innovation and marketing capabilities. Strength to create and improve, play a leading and supporting role of corporate culture.
