The 5th International Conference on Photonics and Optoelectronics (POEM2012) was held in Wuhan Optoelectronics National Laboratory from November 1 to 2, 2012. International Photonics and Optoelectronics Conference is sponsored by the National Laboratory of Optoelectronics in Wuhan optoelectronics covering the field of large-scale, multi-disciplinary, integrated
