利用交变电场真空离子表面合金化技术在T10钢表面进行W、Cr、C、N元素表面合金化,并将该工艺用于手工锯条上。结果表明,合金层中所需元素及组织可在表面合金化时一次获得,表面合金化锯条的实际使用寿命是普通碳工钢锯条的2~3倍。
The surface alloying of W, Cr, C and N elements on the surface of T10 steel was carried out by using the vacuum ion surface alloying technique of alternating electric field, and the process was applied to hand saw blades. The results show that the required elements and microstructure of the alloy layer can be obtained once the surface alloying, the actual service life of the surface alloyed saw blade is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary carbon steel hacksaw blade.
