103Pd is an important radioisotope for the use of cancer local treatment (brachytherapy). 103Pd is produced by using the pulse electroplated Rh target and cyclone-30 cyclotron, The target is bombarded 96 h with 220 μA beam current. Using anion exchange resin as the exchanger and NH4OH as the eluent, 103Pd is separated from rhodium solution. Curie level of carrier free 103Pd can be gotten. The effects of separating parameters of 103Pd, acidity and temperature are investigated, and the optimal process is determined.
