当列车运行时,使钢轨沿着纵向移动,称为线路的爬行,线路爬行对线路及轨道衡危害严重,如挤瞎轨缝造成张轨、折断鱼尾钣螺栓、拉弯道钉、拉裂枕木、挤坏过渡器、剪断过渡轨螺栓、挤瞎衡器与线路间轨缝,造成秤台被顶死。近年来,太钢对三台爬行较严重的动态衡进行了治理,取得了较好的效果。下面作一介绍。 一、台面部分 1、存在问题: 原动态衡是美国Masstron公司的产品。台面轨长2.8m,每股钢轨用12对T型压垫压轨,用24螺栓紧固,如图1。这种方式压紧力有限,尤其当T型压垫加工不规则时,造成A处缝隙,更使压紧无力。加之列车通过台面时,振动使螺栓松动、压垫磨损,造成钢轨爬行。国内沈阳衡器厂、长春衡器厂等厂家采用相同设计,也存在类似问题。
