平截面方法导出轧制力方程的一般形式是P=R·ι′·Q_p·ξ。这四个因子可以独立地处理。 重点研究了应力状态系数Q_p的模型。从三次实验的结果,发现即便对于板带冷轧,当ι′╱h小于一定值时,也会出现宏观的不均匀压下,平截面法得到的Q_p理论解不适用,应给以修正量。因此在分段统计模型[7]的基础上,给出了同时考虑均匀与不均匀变形的模型或以及考虑出口弹性回复区对轧制压力贡献的模型 以上方案的方程结构物理概念明确,对观测值有较高的拟合精度,它不仅适用于板带冷连轧,亦可用于热连轧与中厚板轧制。
The general form of the rolling force equation derived by the cross-section method is P = R · ι ’· Q_p · ξ. These four factors can be handled independently. Focus on the stress state coefficient Q_p model. From the results of the three experiments, it is found that macroscopically uneven depressions occur even when ι’¢ h is less than a certain value, even for the strip cold rolling. The Q_p theoretical solution obtained by the cross-sectional method is not applicable and should be corrected . Therefore, on the basis of the sectional statistical model [7], the physical concept of the structure of the above scheme is given. The physical model of the above scheme is given with the model considering uniform and inhomogeneous deformation or the model with contribution of exit elastic recovery region to the rolling pressure. Value has higher fitting accuracy, it is not only suitable for strip cold rolling, hot rolling can also be used for rolling and plate.
