在前人研究基础上对就地净化装置进行了改进设计,并通过实验考察了在不同电极针数、不同电极环数、不同针板间距下的电晕放电电压与净化效率关系。实验结果表明:5针双环电极的净化效率最好,针板间距为6 cm时,采用双环5针电极,在电压为-35 kV时其净化效率达最大值96.8%,净化后浓度为2.44 mg/m3,远低于国家劳动卫生部门规定的最高容许浓度。电晕等离子体就地净化装置对焊接烟尘具有较好的净化效果。
On the basis of previous studies, the on-site purification device was improved. The relationship between the corona discharge voltage and purification efficiency was investigated experimentally with different electrode numbers, different electrode rings and different needle plate spacings. The experimental results show that the 5-electrode double-ring electrode has the best purification efficiency. When the needle plate spacing is 6 cm, the double-ring 5-pin electrode is used. When the voltage is -35 kV, the purification efficiency reaches 96.8% and the purified concentration is 2.44 mg / m3, much lower than the national maximum allowable concentration of labor and health authorities. Corona plasma in-situ purification device has good purification of welding fumes.
