目的了解安徽省公共卫生机构人才现状及未来人才需求,为促进公共卫生机构建设和高校公共卫生人才的培养提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样对安徽省16个地市的基层公共卫生机构进行调查,分析在职职工学历、职称以及对公卫人才需求情况等。结果安徽省公共卫生机构工作人员本科及以上学历仅占27.52%,副高及以上职称占6.19%。南部、中部和北部地区公共卫生机构工作人员的年龄、学历和职称构成差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。公卫机构中编制数占现有职工总数的82.55%,在编数占编制数的72.62%;59.7%的机构近两年有新进公共卫生专业人才,其中北部地区仅为38.5%,地区之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.118,P<0.05);67.7%的机构认为自身人才结构不均衡,62.9%的机构认为高层次人才不足。结论公共卫生事业机构人才构成需要进一步优化,学校必须采取有效的人才培养方式,以加强公共卫生机构的队伍建设。
Objective To understand the status quo of talented people in public health institutions in Anhui Province and the demand of future talented persons, so as to provide the basis for promoting the construction of public health institutions and the training of public health talents in colleges and universities. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the grass-roots public health institutions in 16 cities in Anhui Province, and analyzed the qualifications, professional titles and demands of public security personnel. Results Public health institutions in Anhui Province staff only bachelor degree or above accounted for only 27.52%, deputy title and above accounted for 6.19%. There were significant differences in the age, education background and job title among the public health agencies in the southern, central and northern regions (P <0.05). The number of public health institutions accounted for 82.55% of the total number of employees, accounting for 72.62% of the number of compilation; 59.7% of institutions have new public health professionals in recent two years, of which only 38.5% in the northern region, The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 9.118, P <0.05); 67.7% of the institutions considered their own talent structure unbalanced, and 62.9% of the institutions thought that there were not enough high-level talents. Conclusion The composition of talent in public health institutions needs to be further optimized. Schools must adopt effective methods to train qualified personnel in order to strengthen the team building of public health institutions.
