印象中的湘菜馆,沿袭菜色的干辣鲜香,环境也大多走此种路线,特别强调刺激的色彩和装饰。本项目的设计,另辟蹊径,挖掘出一种独特的湘风“醇”味。辣是湖南的一种表象,淳朴、厚重更是底色,是为“醇”。在设计者的记忆中,铺满青苔的石板路,瓦檐木柱,门笠竹篓,这些都是他对湖南的独有印象。于是,这些元素都自然而然地一一运用到了项目之中。设计者力求在没有任何符号化装饰性元素的前提下,让人们在整体环境和每个细节中切实感受到“醇”。

So, these elements are naturally applied to the project one by one. The designer strives to make people feel “alcohol” in the overall environment and in every detail without any symbolic decorative elements.
