目的研究我国健康年轻人基础代谢率(BMR)、形态学指标和体成分对骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法96名18~30岁的健康年轻人。使用Cortex Metamax 3B心肺功能仪测定基础代谢能量,双能X线吸收法测量受试者上肢、下肢、躯干和全身的骨密度、脂肪组织质量(FM)和肌肉组织质量。用Pearson相关分析探索BMD与BMR、形态学指标及体成分之间的关系。使用多元线性回归(逐步法)检验这些指标对BMD的影响。结果上肢、下肢、躯干及全身的BMD与身高、体质量、BMI、BMR、瘦体重(LBM)均有显著的正相关性(P<0.01)。多元线性回归检验显示只有体质量、LBM和BMR是BMD的主要影响因素。结论对于健康年轻人而言,BMD的主要影响因素是体质量、LBM和BMR。通过增加BMR的健康干预可能会减少BMD减少带来的疾病负担。
Objective To study the effects of BMR, morphological indices and body composition on bone mineral density (BMD) in healthy young people in China. Methods 96 healthy young people aged 18 to 30 years. The basal metabolic energy was measured using the Cortex Metamax 3B cardio-pulmonary function test. Bone mineral density (BMD), fat mass (FM) and muscle mass of the upper extremity, lower extremity, trunk and whole body were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between BMD and BMR, morphological parameters and body composition. Multivariate linear regression (stepwise) was used to test the effect of these indicators on BMD. Results The BMD of upper limbs, lower limbs, trunk and whole body were significantly positively correlated with height, body mass, BMI, BMR and lean body mass (LBM) (P <0.01). Multivariate linear regression test showed that body mass only, LBM and BMR were the main influencing factors of BMD. Conclusions For healthy young people, the main influencing factors for BMD are body mass, LBM and BMR. By increasing BMR health interventions may reduce the burden of disease caused by BMD reduction.
