水稻柱头性状影响不育系繁殖与制种产量。本研究利用长药野生稻导入系T821B和籼稻保持系G46B构建的F2群体,对柱头长(STL)、柱头宽(STB)、花柱长(SYL)、花柱和柱头总长(SSL)、柱头单外露率(PSES)、柱头双外露率(PDES)和柱头总外露率(PES)进行QTL分析。共检测到控制柱头性状的22个QTLs,分布于第1、第2、第3、第6、第7、第9和12染色体上;其中,控制柱头总外露率和柱头双边外露率的两个主效QTL(qPES-9和qPDES-9)的LOD值分别为22.61和16.71,贡献分别为76.60%和40.82%,增效等位基因均来源T821B,具有分子标记辅助育种应用价值。
Effects of stigma trait in rice on reproductive and seed yield of sterile. In this study, F2 population constructed from T821B and G46B of indica rice was used to study the effects of STL, STB, SYL, SSL, PSES, PDES and PES were used for QTL analysis. Twenty-two QTLs controlling stigma traits were detected on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9 and 12. Among them, two controllable total exserted stigma and stigma bilateral exsertion rate The major effect QTLs (qPES-9 and qPDES-9) had LOD values of 22.61 and 16.71, respectively, which contributed 76.60% and 40.82%, respectively. The alleles of all the major QTLs were derived from T821B and had the value of molecular marker-assisted breeding.
