忻城县地处广西中部,有壮、汉、瑶、苗等17个民族,是一个素有“一分土地九分石头”之称的国家级贫困山区县。新课程实施10多年来,全县教师参加了多次培训,也观摩了很多名师的课堂,可是一回到学校,教师们又束手无策,不知如何推行教改,无法把别人的课堂教学方法运用到自己的课堂上。应该怎样把新课程理念实际运用于课堂?如何让孩子们“自主、合作、探究”?如何让孩子们在课堂上“动”起来?课堂怎样才能“活”起来?教师内心着实感到困惑、迷惘。
