目的了解河北省廊坊市育龄期妇女及孕妇弓形虫感染状况。方法以2013年3月至2015年6月在廊坊四院就诊的276例孕妇和462名育龄期妇女为调查对象,采用ELISA法进行血清学检测,以了解弓形虫感染状况。结果孕妇弓形虫Ig G、Ig M抗体阳性率分别为11.59%(32/276)和5.43%(15/276);育龄期妇女弓形虫Ig G、Ig M抗体阳性率分别为8.87%(41/462)和0.87%(4/462)。孕妇Ig M抗体阳性率高于育龄期妇女,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.32,P<0.01)。适龄孕妇(≤35岁)和高龄孕妇(>35岁)弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为10.09%(22/218)和25.86%(15/58),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.81,P<0.01)。有、无宠物密切接触史者弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为18.67%(14/75)和10.26%(68/663),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.82,P<0.05)。结论廊坊市育龄期妇女与孕妇弓形虫抗体阳性率较高,多为隐形感染;孕妇新近感染率高于育龄期妇女。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Toxoplasma infection in women of childbearing age and pregnant women in Langfang City, Hebei Province. Methods A total of 276 pregnant women and 462 women of childbearing age who were treated in the fourth hospital of Langfang from March 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. Serological tests were performed by ELISA to understand the infection status of Toxoplasma gondii. Results The positive rates of Ig G and Ig M antibodies in pregnant women were 11.59% (32/276) and 5.43% (15/276), respectively. The positive rates of Ig G and Ig M antibodies in women of childbearing age were 8.87% (41 / 462) and 0.87% (4/462). The positive rate of IgM antibody in pregnant women was higher than that of women of childbearing age, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 14.32, P <0.01). The positive rates of Toxoplasma gondii antibodies in the pregnant women (≤35 years old) and the elderly pregnant women (≥35 years old) were 10.09% (22/218) and 25.86% (15/58) respectively, with statistical significance (χ ~ 2 = 9.81, P <0.01). The positive rates of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii with or without close contact with pets were 18.67% (14/75) and 10.26% (68/663) respectively, with significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 4.82, P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of antibody to Toxoplasma gondii in pregnant women and women of childbearing age in Langfang City was higher than that in pregnant women, most of which were invisible infection. The recent infection rate of pregnant women was higher than that of women of childbearing age.
