近年来轻烃的产量逐年增加,并已成为重要的化工原料。轻烃的组份较轻(C_2～C_5),因此,对轻烃的分析与测试必须在带压密闭条件下进行。在科学研究、工程设计和生产操作中,通常需要测试下列数据:组份、密度、蒸气压、腐蚀物、含硫量、粘度、含水量等。 1.取样为使进仪器的轻烃样品与操作条件下工艺装置中的轻烃相一致,必须带压取样,取样瓶需用耐压钢瓶,并设置安全阀,以防止因温度变化而引起的爆破事故。
