妇炎净颗粒是治疗妇科疾病的新药，由丹参、蒲公英、土伏苓等中药组成，具有清热、除湿、化瘀、散结的功效。为有效控制其质量，我们采用了HPLC法对其君药丹参中主要有效成份之一的丹参酮ⅡA进行了含量测定。
