本文对贵州省部分地区人工栽培的中华猕猴桃营养成分测定结果表明,该种猕猴桃果实除了一般水果所含有的总糖(9.17%),可溶性固形物(15.73%)和有机酸(1.40%)外,还含有人体必需的8种氨基酸和多种维生素。在氨基酸中以亮氨酸(4.79mg/100g)、苏氨酸(4.48mg/100g)和苯丙氨酸(4.13mg/100g)含量较高,维生素有水溶性的Vc(127.4mg/100g)、V_(B1)V_(B2)、V_(pp)(烟酰胺)及脂溶性的V_E(2.0mg/100g)。此外,鲜果中还含有对人体有益的多种微量元素锌(1.41ppm),铜(1.74ppm)和锰(3.13ppm)等。
