目的：评价国产洛伐他汀片对原发性高脂血症的治疗效果。方法：单盲随机观察１１１例患者用国产洛伐他汀治疗的效果，并与９５例原发性高脂血症患者用美降之（ｍｅｖａｓ－ｔａｔｉｎ，美国ＭＳＤ公司生产的洛伐他汀）治疗的效果进行比较。结果：国产洛伐他汀片２０ｍｇ，每晚一次口服，４周时能明显降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ；８周时血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯进一步下降，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ未见进一步下降。不同时间内各值变化与美降之组相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：国产洛伐他汀片的疗效与进口美降之（ＭＳＤ）相仿，能明显降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和ＬＤＬ－Ｃ。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of domestic lovastatin tablets on primary hyperlipidemia. Methods: A single-blind randomized study of 111 patients with domestic lovastatin treatment effect, and 95 cases of primary hyperlipidemia patients with metrosexual (mevas-tatin, the United States produced MSD lovastatin) treatment The effect is compared. Results: The domestic lovastatin tablets 20mg, once a night orally, 4 weeks can significantly reduce total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C; 8 weeks serum total cholesterol, triglycerides further decline LDL-C no further decline. The changes of the values at different times were similar to those of the beauty reduction group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of domestic lovastatin tablets is similar to that of imported drugs (MSD), which can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL-C.
