判断磨矿介质效能的标准:一是它的磨损率;二是它的研磨性能。许多论文的作者认为磨矿介质的形状对其磨矿效果有很大影响。在一家以高硅砂为磨矿对象、生产轻质建筑构件(加气混凝土硅)的工厂,用锻造钢球(先为26mm,后为30mm)和铁棒(22mm×22mm)进行了磨矿效果比较的工业试验。试验结果表明,锻钢球具有较低磨损率、较低单位能耗和提高磨机产量的优点。磨矿介质形状的变化不影响磨矿产品的布莱恩比表面特性。基于试验结果,工厂管理部门确认,钢球在经济效益方面显著优于铁棒。
Judge the efficiency of grinding media standards: First, its wear rate; the second is its grinding performance. Many authors believe that the shape of the grinding media has a great influence on the grinding effect. In a mill producing high-quality building materials (aerated-concrete silicon) with high-silica sand as the object of grinding, grinding was performed using forged steel balls (26 mm first and 30 mm rear) and iron bars (22 mm × 22 mm) Comparative industrial test. The test results show that forged steel balls have the advantages of lower wear rate, lower unit energy consumption and higher mill output. Changes in the shape of the grinding media do not affect the Bryant’s surface characteristics of the grinding product. Based on the test results, the plant management confirmed that steel balls are significantly more economical than iron rods in terms of economic efficiency.
