文章分别采用紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法测定了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)在水溶液中的临界胶束浓度(CMC),并与表面张力法、电导率法的测定结果进行比较。研究表明,芘荧光探针光谱法测定CMC时样品用量少,检测灵敏度高,具有较高的准确性;测定SDBS的CMC为1.47 mmol/L,与紫外光谱法(1.90 mmol/L)以及传统的表面张力法(2.2 mmol/L)、电导率法(2.3 mmol/L)的测定结果相近。表明芘荧光探针光谱法是测定表面活性剂CMC的一种有效方法。
The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) in aqueous solution was measured by UV spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results were compared with the results of surface tension and conductivity measurements. The results showed that pyrene fluorescence probe spectrometry has the advantages of less amount of sample, higher detection sensitivity and higher accuracy. The CMC of SDBS was 1.47 mmol / L, which was in good agreement with ultraviolet spectrometry (1.90 mmol / L) The results of surface tension method (2.2 mmol / L) and conductivity method (2.3 mmol / L) were similar. It is indicated that pyrene fluorescence probe spectroscopy is an effective method for the determination of surfactant CMC.
