冲压生产过程仿真技术能在实际生产开始之前规划工艺过程。不同冲压件生产过程的仿真模型不同,在DELMIA软件的基础上提出了一个适合不同模具的通用仿真解决方案,开发的仿真系统实现了同一条生产线上不同模具的自动装配、交互式生产过程工艺规划及生产过程仿真分析,能提前预测并解决生产过程中可能产生的问题,为生产工艺的制订提供可靠依据。同时,对数据量大的冲压模具进行轻量化处理,提出了CGR格式轻量化模型的装配与运动仿真方法,提高了仿真效率。最后通过某车型B柱热冲压生产实例分析,验证了仿真系统的实用性与可靠性。
Stamping production process simulation technology can be planned before the actual production process. Different stamping parts production process simulation model is different.
