介绍了一种新型季铵盐固体 DZ- 1的合成方法 ,初步研究了季铵盐作为单组分缓蚀剂对碳钢在盐酸酸洗液中的缓蚀性能 ,讨论了缓蚀剂浓度、酸液浓度、温度和 Fe3+浓度等因素对缓蚀效果影响 .实验结果表明 ,新型季铵盐固体 DZ- 1具有合成方法简单、不燃不爆、用量低、缓蚀性能好的优点 ,可直接用作温度低于 70℃、浓度小于 10 %的盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂 .
A new method for synthesizing quaternary ammonium salt solid DZ-1 was introduced. The corrosion inhibition performance of quaternary ammonium salt as a one-component corrosion inhibitor on hydrochloric acid pickling solution was studied. The effects of corrosion inhibitor concentration, Acid concentration, temperature and Fe3 + concentration on the corrosion inhibition effect.The experimental results show that the new quaternary ammonium solid DZ-1 has the advantages of simple synthesis, non-flammable and non-explosive, low dosage, good corrosion inhibition performance, direct use For temperature below 70 ℃, the concentration of less than 10% hydrochloric acid pickling inhibitor.
