文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析了教学反思对高校体育教师、体育教学的重要意义,指出高校体育教师进行教学反思的途径主要有课后小结、研讨课、公开课、示范课、教学录像、分析软件、网络平台等,并就高校体育教师如何做好教学反思提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the significance of teaching reflection on physical education teachers and physical education in colleges and universities by using the methods of documentation and logic analysis. It points out that the main ways for PE teachers to reflect on teaching in colleges and universities include post-school summary, seminar, open class, demonstration class, teaching Video, analysis software, network platform, etc., and put forward suggestions on how to make college PE teachers do well in teaching reflection.
