[目的]探讨大学生宽恕水平及其与心理健康水平的关系。[方法]采用中国-Mullet宽恕问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和综合幸福问卷(MHQ)对323名大学生进行问卷调查,对大学生宽恕与心理健康各因素进行相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。[结果]目前大多数大学生具有较高的宽恕水平。文科大学生宽恕水平存在显著的性别、年级差异;工科大学生的宽恕水平受到性别、年级、是否独生子女的交互影响。大学生宽恕水平与心理健康之间有密切的关系。[结论]应针对大学生学科、性别等不同特点进行宽恕干预,预防心理疾病及危机事件的发生,促进其心理健康的发展。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between college students’ forgiveness and mental health. [Methods] A total of 323 college students were surveyed using the China-Mulit’s Forgiveness Questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Comprehensive Happiness Questionnaire (MHQ). Correlation analysis and multivariate regression were used to analyze the factors of forgiveness and mental health analysis. [Results] At present, most college students have a higher level of forgiveness. The level of forgiveness of liberal arts students has significant gender and grade differences. The level of forgiveness of engineering college students is affected by the interaction of gender, grade and whether or not only one child. There is a close relationship between college students’ level of forgiveness and mental health. [Conclusions] Forgiveness intervention should be carried out according to different characteristics such as subject and gender of undergraduates to prevent the occurrence of mental illness and crisis events and promote the development of their mental health.
