对于鲁迅的叙事散文《朝花夕拾》过去研究界一致认为是“回忆性散文”。但实际上“回忆”并没有成为笼罩“叙述”的一种氛围.而只是一种对“今天”进行观照的距离移动。“过去”在鲁迅的艺术创造过程中,是一种对现实的观照物,是对未来的警示,因而“回忆”与“杂文”是交织互渗的。《朝花夕恰》的文体核心正是这种“杂文方式”:一是“回忆”的功能是在“杂文方式”中显示的;二是主体的叙述性是在“杂文方式”中展开的。这也同时构成了鲁迅叙事散文的文本特征。
